RedPot - Project Introduction on a TESCO event

This event called No Food Wasted was organised by TESCO CZECH company, which has been very active recently in reduction of food waste not only in their stores. The workshop and panel discussion took part with representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment, companies or NGOs including the TC CAS (leading the RedPot project consortium) which all are interested in the topic of food waste reduction on a long term basis. 

Tomáš Ratinger and Lenka Hebáková, TC CAS, presented the project and its first preliminary results of just recently finished investigations in several companies and their various establishments of public catering. More on the outcomes to come.
