Reduction of more and more valuable sources and materials is a priority and challenge for sustainable development of our society.
5th Annual Conference called Prevention of Waste Production, which was held on Sept 20-21, 2018 in Prague, CZ dealt with plastics and their continuous reduction, circular economy within Czechia and relevant good practice examples of food waste reduction.
Lenka Hebáková, coordinator of RedPot, introduced the project and its main aims and methodology within the session on Food Waste.
